Murray Wiseman founded Econo-Malls Management Corporation with the construction of its first shopping mall in Bay Roberts, Newfoundland in 1976. His three sons, Robert, David and Howard, joined this commercial real estate development and management company soon thereafter. Together, they have successfully developed or acquired and redeveloped more than 40 properties comprising more than 5 million square feet of property throughout Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland & Labrador and Nova Scotia.
