HISTORY
 The Wisemans’ keen business sense and extensive experience have made them leaders in the shopping center and commercial real estate industries in Canada. They have demonstrated the ability to successfully lease to (and retain) the country's largest and saviest retailers as well as regional and local independent retail operations in both large and small markets. Interior shopping malls and exterior strip centers ranging in size from 50,000 to 350,000 square feet are their specialty. One of Econo-Malls' many strengths is maximizing the net operating income of its properties including by implementing a lean administrative operation run almost exclusively from its Montreal offices (rather than through expensive on-site management offices). 
Econo-Malls manages properties it wholly owns and also manages on behalf of limited partnerships, joint ventures, and third parties. Satisfied clients and partners include pension funds, insurance companies, publicly traded real estate companies, other real estate developers of various sizes, as well as individual private investors. Currently more than 30 properties including more than 2.5 million square feet are being managed having a total asset value of approximately 250 million dollars.
